Packaging
In an effort to remain as eco-friendly as possible, our toys come with only an information tag attached with some natural jute. The tag is printed on 100% post-consumer waste paper and we encourage you to recycle it once you've received your toy.
Shipping
CANADA
All shipping will be done via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. We will send you a tracking number once we've shipped your item(s). Please note that the Canada Post service standard for this is approximately 4-6 business days depending on where you are located.
USA
All shipping will be done via Canada Post Small Packet USA Air. We will advise you once we've shipped your item(s). Please note that the Canada Post service standard for this is 4-10 business days.
INTERNATIONAL
All items are shipped via Canada Post Small Packet International Air. We will advise you once we've shipped your item(s). Please note that the Canada Post service standard for this is 6-10 business days, but can take a bit longer depending on where you are.

IMPORTANT! Due to the new Province of Ontario legislation, as of July 1, 2010 customers from the provinces of New Brunswick, Ontario, and Newfoundland & Labrador will be charged 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST); customers from the province of British Columbia will be charged 12% HST; and customers from the province of Nova Scotia will be charged 15% HST. Customers from all other Canadian provinces will be charged 5% Goods & Services Tax (GST) only. USA & International customers will not be charged taxes. For more info, please visit www.rev.gov.on.ca. Returns
We hope that you will love and treasure your Painted Turtle Wooden Toys piece for many years (and generations!) to come. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at info@PaintedTurtleWoodenToys.ca and let us know. We will be happy to refund your money or provide you with a replacement (exception: custom orders are non-refundable). You may return the item within 30 days of arrival. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. No C.O.D. please. Items must be returned in the same condition that they are received. Please ensure that you contact us prior to returning your purchase!
